LTD stands for limited class. I thought I would leave it up to what type of race craft show, to determine which class to call it.
So if half of the Vets Ski class show up to race with Open boats and the other half show up with LTD/Limited class watercraft that will dilute the class participation. Same with Master Ski class.
I wish that we had more racers and this would not be a issue, but it's not so. I very sorry folks, but I'm doing what I can with the small amount of funds that I have.
If we have 4 or less in a class - no awards. The cost of running races is prohibiting me from the funding smaller class awards. The best I can do is the medallions for small classes. That's what I had to do last year as you all know.
So, to end this response on a up note, I have been getting more inquiry's this year from potential new racers. Along with a event in the Twin City's we should get more exposure to new racers to check out the fun, and maybe stay racing with us. Hope this explains the classes listed on the web site, Scott.

The ONLINE REGISTRATION for the 2011 race season is now open for your use. Please use this as your way to pre-register for racing at Great Lakes Watercross events.

I will try to post class participation as they come in.
