That is one of the next topics to cover, Prizes/Pay Outs. So I come up with a list of premiere classes, one's that will have trophies for the top 3 in Novice/Expert and Pay Outs in Pro Am. Of course the classes that have the most participation will be at the top of that list. Without some sponsor funding I need to set a minimum racer entry to do the pay out's/trophy's for each class. With a full line up, that means 16 in the main event. We will have trophy's for the top five Novice/Expert and prize money for the top five Pro Am. That sounds good for this year. Must have 10 or more racers to trophy/pay top 3. Full line(16) trophy/pays top 5.

Pro Am Class Pay Out

Pro Am Runabout Stock
Pro Am Ski Spec
10 or more racers, 1- $100, 2nd- $75, 3rd- $50.
16 or more racers, 1- $200, 2nd- $150, 3rd- $100, 4th- $50, 5th- $25.

Trophy Classes

Novice Ski Stock Lites/Spec
Novice Ski Limited
Expert Ski Limited
Vintage Ski
Novice Runabout Stock
Novice Runabout Limited
Expert Runabout Limited
Pro Am Runabout Open

I would do am. ski open. Everyone can run that class, stock limited, novice, expert, etc. Thats the only ski class I could think of that would get 10 entrys, or maybe vintage.

What about Novice Runabout Limited, we had a good size class last season, and I am trying to get a few more buddies to do it this season.

It's all about he number of racers, if we have a bigger turn out for Novice R/B Limited then we will have stuff for that class also!

So basically there will be no pay. Where are you going to find 10 Pro-Am Ski Spec racers? We don't even know what we can do to build a spec ski. I would be surprised to see 10+ at a national tour stop in any class this year. I really don't like seeing the glass half empty, but there are not enough novice/expert/and especially pro racers to make lines like this. I say that the best thing to do is to keep everything affordable and race for the sake of racing not for the money cause there just is not the numbers worldwide in this sport and the only way to make things happen is to make this sport more attainable to more people, and money is tight all over so...

No money to do this Joe! I am going to have to base everything on racer entrys for any chance at pay outs.

Then I would have one or two races that all the payout money goes to. No matter how many racers enter... Lets say theres 5 racing weekends. Use the surplus money to put in a "bank" and pay out at a race

If you are not Pro or Pro-Am why are you looking to get paid. What ever happened to racing cause it's fun?

On top of that, have an open Dash for Cash for R/A and Ski. That has always been fun and not been a strain on MotoChuck's budget.

Are the Racine events going to be run with GLWCT rules / Classes or UWP Rules / classes?

Is there any list being formed for UWP National tour overall Championship classes? I am curious how this will be different than APBA - which still fails to offer freestyle on National tour

Well------------ After 2,000 miles 4 and a half lot lizards (The half was a tranny don't judge me LOL). Here is my 2 cents on this.

I speak for only myself and only myself. I feel that has a Expert racer I do not need any more Plaques to hang on my wall for round racing. But a NICE trophy at the end of the year would be nice for points. And since we may never see 10 or more racers on line in a Expert or ProAm class in GLWC, Maybe-------- we could give a cash prize to the top 3 in points at the end of the year in Expert and ProAm Classes (If there is Cash to do that). And a Plaques for the top 10 in points also. So here it is.

Season ending points prizes for Expert and ProAm Classes

1st Trophy, Plaques and Cash

2nd Trophy, Plaques and Cash

3rd Trophy, Plaques and Cash

4th to 10th Plaques

Do what ever you want for the Novice classes. I can't speak on that.

ChoooCh I totally agree. We should be giving out lot lizards instead of plaques... That is what you meant right?

Seriously, I agree with the overall parts for both payout and trophies. If the payout comes with the overall, then that would entice more folks to go to more events and richen both the class pot and general tour pot based on entrees.

Joe, what do you consider a big turn out? I heard there was like 2 or 3 guys in freestyle in Charleston. I wanted to go, but you know how these US promoters are. Everything gets booked on the same weekends.
