Who is on the line for Vintage Ski 08/04

I can only make it to Pleasant Prairie on Sat. and wanted to see who is going to race vintage ski. Joe are you planning on bringing out the 750?

I will also bet that Craig will be there on my backup ski.

Didn't you hear that the overspray helps with the handling. I am sure that EB will be there with his SuperJet. Sounds like we might have a decent line for the old vintage class.

Are any colors better than others, or will any basic shade of John Deere suffice?

Rumor has it that there may be a certain rider on a certain SXI-Pro being tuned by a certain tuner also signing up for Vintage at PP. 'Cept this tuner says that this certain rider always falls off this SXI-Pro in every turn. However, the whole "always falls off" part of the rumor could just be one big 'ole sandbag too.

Now if we can get Pete and Colin to show up, and I believe they will, that would help crowd things a bit. Note to Colin: If you borrow my FX1 again, you are NOT allowed to almost kill me - no matter how pathetically I wipe out right in front of you. :)[:p]

Oh, and maybe Mike (he rode his SXI-pro at the Lure) will show up? I'll try to persuade him.

What about you Joe??? You had way too much fun on your Kawi at the Lure to skip Vintage at PP, right?

OK, so now I'm running out of fingers trying to count all the Vintage Ski racers we could/SHOULD have at PP. Here's what I have:

2)Me - SJ
3)EB - SJ
4)Mystery Rider - SXI-Pro
5)Craig - my backup SJ
6)Colin - X2, with unwelded throttle cable
7)Pete - SJ
8)Mike Kempf - SXI-Pro
9)Joe - 750SX

Just ONE more rider and we could have double digit turnout for the Vintage Ski class. Imagine that!! C'mon guys, dust off your dinosaur and race it...

I think that your mistery might for ever remain a mistery. But if indeed he does show, I believe that he will actually be mounting a good ol sx... sxi pros are way too new!
