View Full Version : Who is racing what.
Besides the region 4 races, who is planning on attending other races? Also which races do you plan on attending? Just trying to budget for the 09 season and would like to see who is planning on gong out of the region.

I'm leaning towards walled lake again, possibly both weekends. We should carpool, JB. Great site, big crowds, excellent sponsor bar/restaurant right there at the site, and bathrooms. Should be 70-100 racers again. 6 hour drive from milwaukee area.
I'd like to do nat'ls again as well.

im also looking to carpool with some people to races next year as I wont be able to afford going alone. Im more than willing to pay my way also if someone has room to some races, like nationals, national tour stops, and maybe finals.
All the glwt stops are pretty much a for sure though and anything beyond that is likely

I have designed these sweet toothpicks, and it looks like there will be a racing going on is gutters all around the nation. My toothpicks have hydrodynamically been proven to be way faster than others that are building racing toothpicks. Plus they will soon be built out of lightweight carbonfibre as soon as I can get Joe out of his toolbox. So for those wanting to race the toothpick national tour, some regional rounds and maybe even the toothpick world finals, look me up. The only draw back to toothpick racing is that there is a) No Tech, b)hardly anyone shows up besides your buddies that you practice in the gutters with c) payback? Whats that? d)leaded race fuel is allowed e) there are not many sponsors on board yet f) well, I'll leave it at that. So basically it's just like watercross racing, besides the fact that you don't need fancy enclosed trailers to attend, hell you can fit your toothpick in your pocket so you could walk, ride your bike, fruitboot, moonwalk, take the bus, Amtrak, plane (if you can get by security) or any other means of transportation to get to the events. I am predicting that it will be bigger than Rock, Paper Scissors, and competitive eating together, which are both considered sports way larger than watercross, and you can even get some paypack for winning... Toothpicks are where it's at folks:(
